Christmas in Erin

We had a great time in Erin on Christmas day...and we had great food too. They always make a big brunch for everyone...and we again ate too much!

Santa (or Papa) sneaked in to see Eliza...

Well, these are a bit blurry for some reason...but Eliza thought it was so neat that Santa came and woke her up when she fell asleep on the couch on Christmas Eve. Thanks Papa!

The 1st snow of December

Eliza was soooo excited when it started to snow last night...she wanted to go right outside and play in it. She was a little disappointed when I said no, but she quickly got over it when I told her she could play in it in the morning. So right when she woke-up, she rushed in and asked daddy to take her out and play in it...she knows that mama doesn't do snow...too cold for me. It was beautiful though...especially through the window :)

Christmas Break!

Thank goodness it's time for a break...I really needed one. I am finished with my 1st semester of nursing school! I start my clinicals in January and I'm so excited but a little nervous. Oh well, I'm not going to think about school for the next 5 weeks and that sounds great to me :)

Thanks to my mom and Justin for helping out so much with the kids and everything else...y'all are great!

Train ride with Santa

Eliza got to go on her 1st train ride yesterday, and the best part...she got to see Santa! We all had a great time...she loved the train ride, but when we were headed back to the depot, she kept saying, "Now where is Santa?" It was really sweet...she was pretty patient, and we were really proud of her.

Happy 7 Months Noah!

Noah, is 7 months old...and 1 day...sorry this is late big guy! He still likes to eat, and today he tried beef for the first time, and gobbled it right on up...what a turkey. He has been waking up throughout the night on his stomach, and he must be confused about how to turn back over in his crib because he just cries...really fun at 3 in the morning. We are waiting on him to become mobile, but so far he just rolls from back to front and occasionally front to back, and can manage to somehow scoot around a bit...I'm wondering how Eliza will react when he can chase after her...we'll just have to wait and see.
